Product Description:

The Dedeco 6102 Red Acrylic Trimmer (#2 HP) is a heavy-duty, coarse-grit polisher specifically engineered for the initial shaping and rapid adjustment of acrylic resins. Designed for use with a high-speed handpiece (HP), these "Red" trimmers are the industry standard for thinning down dentures, orthodontic appliances, and custom trays.

What makes the #6102 a lab favorite is its unique "cool-cut" formula. Unlike standard stones that can friction-heat and melt acrylic, these rubberized trimmers stay cool and resist clogging, ensuring you get a clean, crisp shape without damaging the appliance.

Why it belongs on your bench:

• Rapid Material Removal: The coarse grit is aggressive enough to quickly trim away excess bulk and refine thick borders.
• Heat-Resistant Formula: Specially bonded to run cool, preventing the melting or warping of delicate acrylic surfaces.
• Non-Clogging Design: Resists "loading up" with debris, so the tool stays sharp and effective throughout the entire job.
• Smooth Handling: Provides a steady, chatter-free experience for precise control over the final appliance shape.
• Convenient Pack: Sold in a 5-count package for professional lab and clinical use.
